Ballwin annexation petition effort concludes

To Shadowoak residents:

The Ballwin Annexation Petition Committee has concluded its efforts to gather signatures to petition the City of Ballwin for annexation. The target of obtaining signatures from 75% of registered voters was not reached. The committee will therefore abandon further efforts toward annexation.
